Picture this. It's the Whitehouse, Bill Clinton enters the meeting of the cabinet and sits down. He has frilly underwear wrapped around his arm. Nobody says anything. He chairs the meeting as though nothing is wrong.

Finally a cabinet member pipes up when the underwear gets the better of her "Excuse me, Mr. President, but are you aware you have frilly underwear tied to your arm"

"Yes I am" the American accent comes back "It's my patch I'm trying to quit"
