Paint Shop Pro has some of functions to easily modify an image. Micrografx Picture Publisher and Adobe Photoshop have even more.

Below I have modified Lilia Podkopayeva in many ways using Paint Shop Pro. You may get some inspiration.

Try playing with your own images. The functions below can be found in Image, Filter Browser and Image, Deformation Browser.
Negative Image, Grey Scale and Colorize are in the Colors menu.
