Copy a part of a picture

It is easy to copy a part of a picture and paste it into another. To make it look right is however not that simple. You get the best results if the pictures have alike colors.

Paint Shop Pro V4.1 has a very nice tool called clone brush.

Open the source and destination pictures (they can be the same picture). Place them so they are visible simultaneously. The pictures must both be in True Color, increase the number of colors if you have to.

Select the Clone Brush icon in the Image Tools toolbar.
Make a single click with the right mousebutton in the middle of the item you want to copy.
Move the mousepointer to the destination area and draw the copy with your left button (move the mouse around while holding down the left mousebutton).
